Shuttle Lodge

Year round facility that sleeps forty with a large meeting room, small kitchen, fireplace, TV/DVD, piano, tables and chairs. An excellent choice for a family reunion or company in-service. (handicapped accessible)

  

 

Baker Cabin

Eleven bed year round lodging with showers and restrooms. Baker is often used as overflow sleeping quarters for the Lodge.

 

Tabor and Zion Cabins

Twenty-four bed summer cabins with A/C are a great choice for youth camps or weekend retreats. Tabor and Zion are part of “East Canyon” and share a bathhouse with several other cabins in the same section of the camp. (handicapped accessible)

 

 

Horeb, Nebo, Ding-a-Ling, and Chatter Box Cabins

Twelve bed summer cabins with A/C and also part of “East Canyon.” These cabins are original to the site and feature beautiful knotty pine paneling. Rustic but well preserved, they are a fun camp favorite.

 

Staff House

Four bedroom, sixteen bed facility serves as permanent housing for our summer staff from the end of May to the beginning of August but is available at all other times for visitors to enjoy. The Staff House includes a living room/meeting area, small kitchen and two sets of two room dorm style suites. TV/DVD, desktop computer with internet access, wi-fi connection and out door deck make the Staff House a comfortable retreat facility.

 

Dining Hall

Recently remodeled, our Dining Hall is a comfortable dining area and meeting space. The main room can be partitioned into three classrooms, and a small staff dining room is available for classroom space as well. (handicapped accessible)

 

The Chapel

Discover the peace of the canyon from the Chapel’s large windows overlooking the bluffs and lakeshore. Set up formal seating for 120 or clear the space for more informal meetings or activities. The chapel is meant to gather people together. (handicapped accessible)

 

 

Outdoor Meeting Areas

Lakeside has numerous outdoor shelters for picnics or outdoor activities. “Flowers” is a traditional open air shelter house with fire place, ping- pong table and seating. Small pole shed pagodas like “Little Black Eagle”, “Arapahoe” and “The Ark” are perfect shady spots on a warm afternoon. Our large fire ring is also available for evening sing-a-longs and s’mores!
